A simulator built into a spec home for Street of Dreams, turning an underused room into the entertainment space the floorplan was missing.
We worked alongside the custom home builder on this one, taking a room the plan had not really given a job and making it the reason people stop walking.
The architecture did not cooperate, which is the interesting part. Angled corners and wall features meant the impact protection could not be a grid of rectangles, so every pad was cut to the geometry it was covering. Done right, that work disappears.
Cable management runs behind drywall in conduit, so nothing is visible and nothing is trapped. Custom screen, custom turf floor, ProTee VX and a BenQ TK700STi on a 4K gaming PC.
