An office tower is not a room that wants a golf simulator in it. The floor is finished, the ceiling is committed, and whatever goes in has to look like it belongs to the building rather than parked in it.
We handled this one as a full design and build. Custom flooring with fringe turf gives the bay a defined edge instead of a mat dropped on carpet, and a custom LED pad-line runs the perimeter so the space reads as deliberate when the lights come down.
Trackman iO overhead keeps the floor clear of hardware, which matters in a room people walk through. An Optoma ZK608TST and a 4K gaming PC drive it.
