We convert underused rooms into dedicated simulator environments. Basements, garages, spare bedrooms, bonus rooms — if the space exists, we transform it.
Room Types
Most homes already have a room that works. The challenge is knowing what modifications bring it to spec — and executing them without disrupting the rest of the house. We handle both.
The most common conversion. Basements typically offer the ceiling height, depth, and isolation needed for a simulator. We address moisture control, lighting, and sound attenuation as part of the build.
Two- and three-car garages provide generous width and depth. We insulate, climate-control, and finish the space — transforming raw square footage into a year-round golf environment.
Tighter footprints demand precise engineering. We select compact enclosure systems and short-throw projection setups that deliver a full experience in rooms as narrow as 12 feet.
Above-garage spaces, loft areas, and flex rooms. We evaluate structural load capacity, reinforce where needed, and build the room out to handle the weight of enclosure hardware and impact forces.
The Process
Every remodel follows a structured timeline. We scope the work, produce a design, and build — all under one contract with one team.
We evaluate your room on-site or via detailed measurements and photos. Ceiling height, structural framing, electrical panel capacity, HVAC availability — every variable that affects the build gets documented.
Full 3D renders of your simulator environment. Equipment selection, enclosure configuration, lighting layout, finish materials, and any structural modifications — all specified before work begins.
Our team executes the remodel and technology installation. Typical residential remodels take 2 to 4 weeks from demo to calibration, depending on scope. We coordinate any sub-trades required.
The Transformation
Every remodel starts with an underused room and ends with a purpose-built simulator environment. Here is what that transformation looks like.
