The Technology
The structure that brings it all together. Your enclosure defines the physical space where every component lives — screen, projector, launch monitor, lighting, and padding. It is the foundation of a professional simulator build.
Enclosure Options
Every space is different. We offer enclosure solutions from simple freestanding kits to fully custom builds — all engineered for your room, your goals, and your budget.
Carl's Place pipe frame enclosures. Simple, freestanding, easy to install. A great way to get started with a golf simulator without modifying your room. Perfect for garages, spare rooms, and first-time builds.
An engineered commercial-grade kit enclosure. Cantilever ceiling, pony walls, magnetic panels — a complete enclosure system that solves the hardest problems in simulator installation.
Full custom room transformation. 3D-designed padded environments with custom putting floors, integrated lighting, and a finished look that makes the simulator room the best room in the house.
Wall additions, built-in enclosures, and custom carpentry. When the space needs structural modification or you want the enclosure integrated permanently into the architecture of the room.
Our Specialty
For large-format builds, we use fine mesh netting to control ambient light and provide impact protection around the screen. This allows for screen widths from 10' to 40' without compromising safety or image quality.
We have developed a proprietary installation method for mounting large-format screens — up to 40 feet wide. We built the largest residential golf simulator in the world at 25' wide by 15' tall. If you can dream it, we can build it. No screen is too big.
Protection Tiers
Wall and ceiling padding is essential for any simulator build. The level of protection you need depends on who's using the sim, their skill level, and how you want the room to look. We offer three tiers — from functional to premium.
$2.99 / sq ft
Foam-backed carpet tiles on walls and ceiling. Functional impact protection at the lowest price point. We guide you on how much depth from the screen to pad based on your skill level and comfort.
$4.99 / sq ft
2" thick acoustic foam wedge panels (24" × 48"). A significant step up in aesthetics and acoustic properties — reduces ball impact noise and improves room acoustics. Good value, easily replaceable if damaged.
Starting at $4,000+
Custom upholstered memory foam pads. Premium aesthetics with premium protection. 2" dense memory foam in high-impact areas (center ceiling for wedges and high shots). Walls padded with a hybrid of memory foam and sound-dampening foam to save cost without compromising coverage. Final price based on total square footage, fabric selection, and foam density.
