Skills can be taught. The things below can't. Before we ever look at a resume, this is the person we're looking for. If most of these sound like you, we want to hear from you — whatever your background.
You don't wait to be told. You see what needs doing and you do it right — whether anyone's watching or not. The job is yours the moment you walk on site.
A seam that's off by an eighth of an inch bothers you. You finish the parts no one will ever see, because you'll know. Good enough isn't.
You don't know everything yet, and you're not pretending to. You ask, you listen, you take the note, and you come back better on the next build.
Job sites change. Flights move. Things break. You stay calm, solve the problem in front of you, and keep your word no matter what the day throws at you.
You take real pride in working with your hands. A clean job site, a level line, and a tidy run of cable mean something to you. The work is the reputation.
We build as a unit — on the road, in tight spaces, in clients' homes. You make the people around you better and you leave the ego in the truck.

This is a ground-floor seat on our build crew. You'll travel to job sites across the country and help turn finished designs into real simulator bays — framing and enclosures, impact screens, turf and hitting surfaces, projectors, launch monitors, and the hundred small details that separate a good build from a great one. You won't be handed a broom and forgotten. You'll be trained, trusted, and pushed to get better on every single build.
