The Technology
Where the ball meets the image. Your impact screen is simultaneously a projection surface, a ball-stopping barrier, and a critical component of image quality. Getting this right affects everything you see and feel.
The Material
We use one screen material because it's the best. Woven polyester with a 3mm nylon infill delivers the ideal combination of projection quality, ball deceleration, durability, and acoustic dampening. Every screen we install uses this material — residential and commercial.
The tightly woven polyester surface produces a smooth, uniform projection with no visible texture. The nylon infill prevents light bleed and maintains consistent image quality across the entire screen face — even on screens 20 feet wide and beyond.
The 3mm nylon infill absorbs ball impact with minimal bounce-back. The screen decelerates the ball evenly, reducing noise and preventing damage to the screen or surrounding structure. Built for thousands of full-speed driver hits.
Every screen requires a proper tension system. We use grommet and bungee cord systems or frame-mount tensioning depending on the build. Black pelmets hide mounting hardware and cables while creating a clean black border around the projected image.
Any Size
Our screens range from 10 feet wide to 40 feet wide. We measure screens by width — not diagonal — because that's what determines your field of view and immersion. If your wall can hold it, we can build it.
We built the largest residential golf simulator screen in the world — 25 feet wide by 15 feet tall. We've perfected the engineering, tensioning, and installation methods required for large-format screens that most companies won't attempt. If you want to go big, we're the team that knows how.
The Pairing
Your screen size determines your projector type. We engineer these two components together — never in isolation — because the combination dictates image quality, brightness, and the overall experience.
Standard throw projectors paired with a properly tensioned screen in this range. The projector mounts 12'+ back from the screen for optimal image quality.
Short throw projectors fill larger screens from 8-12 feet away. This is where our large-format expertise comes in — engineering tension and image quality at scale.
