The best time to design a simulator room is before it exists. We worked with the contractor building this ADU, which meant the space could be laid out around the simulator rather than the other way round.
A drop ceiling with integrated cable channels carries everything overhead and out of sight. Custom impact pads, a custom LED pad-line, and a custom turf floor with a CCE 5x8 hitting mat set into it.
